History: Stannor lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Urshar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of goblins
