History: Nimble was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Doudra lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: Leshanna was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gennal was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to goblins.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he has decided he is irredeemable
