History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Cumpen was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cumpen's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Cumpen and her spouse have recently divorced.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Tree was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

History: Diesa lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
