History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Srorthen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Silaqui grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Silaqui was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Bowyer. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it.
