History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Dayereth liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
