Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Fortune-teller mother left him crippled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Doctor.

History: Felosial was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
