His gray eyes peer out from beneath his broad grey hat.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

Description: This woman wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on her right hand. Her tied-back hair is chestnut. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She found a children's book about a Halfling Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
