Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Description: She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She carries a battered scythe and tarnished nunchaku as well. She has slicked back red hair. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gurdis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

She prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available she will default to her sword. Her red hair is still thick. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time, and is pretty ugly. Her cinnamon fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her copper eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She got into the Mortician business at a young age. Her first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and doesn't want to be a mortician and was forced into it by her family

Description: This man is very fat, and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing pastel cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. He wears his red fur up. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep yellow.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it
