History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born in the west. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sarah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sarah. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

History: Born in the north to a Masseuse, Ildrex learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has worked as a Masseuse like his father before him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a Glassblower, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to unite with her sister
