Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Anastrianna enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to end her boredom

Personality: Ilanis is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her childhood dream was to be a Bellfounder, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
