History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her first spouse was a Layabout, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: She is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears her black hair up. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Seraphina was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Seraphina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Seraphina. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. After a long history of fighting, Katherine and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: An older man who wears a worn and beaten armor, he is not a threatening figure. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length copper crest. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gold.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
