Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Hillanot learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
