History: Halander was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. History: He got into the Bowyer business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
