History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tim. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Roofer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: An older man who wears a grey coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Darrak will drive conversation. A true patriot, Darrak would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Darrak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Darrak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She takes great joy in being the best Armorer in town.

History: Pennie lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Armorer for the past few years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
