History: She comes from a rich western family. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Lone hails from a village terrorized by orcs. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hugh never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
