History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Valida was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She has worked as a Layabout like her father before her.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a bow on her belt. Her hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She bought a bow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: She wears dull pastel sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed glaive, just in case. Her brown fur is thinning but still full. Her hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: He wears a pastel vest and prefers brown and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His lavender fur is still thick. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Masseuse work with an outfit from a few towns over. Masseuse work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
