He has green eyes and a yellow hat with a green feather.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. History: Born in the west to a Miller, Moon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Assassin, but he got bored and became a Miller. He struck the Miller job and began his own company from there.
