She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shifting embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Ella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ella grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ella. Being a Farmer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.
