History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Barbena and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She married young, but lost her spouse to gnolls. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He bought a sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and money/treasure

History: He was born into a rich family. He found a children's book about a Elf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
