Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'8" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. His ears are large.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He got into the Carpenter business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a tattered pair of loose pastel pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her gray fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Pelt was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pelt fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Peren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This malnourished man wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. After a long history of fighting, Alvyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep
