Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

This brown eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. She wears her silver hair up. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered brigands who tried to eat her hand. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears yellow trousers with brown and yellow striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Dayereth's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Dayereth lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a green coat. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length purple hair. His half smiles and gold eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Qemuel was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
