History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She bought a shortspear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Juliana liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
