History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Shane was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shane's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a axe, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barkeep, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. She has no hair. Her eyes are likewise green.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Layabout. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). In the meantime she has taken over work as a Layabout and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

History: He comes from a rich western family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He prefers to wear flannel, marred by sweets. He wears his brown hair down. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
