History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Ethereal was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ethereal decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: He was born in a small island village. Korfel was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Soapmaker. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Weaver. She struck the Weaver job and began her own company from there.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Lia was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Gardener. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
