History: She was born in the north. When Shava reached her early adolescence her Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She became a Slave Trader soon after.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. After a long history of fighting, Portia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a grey poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and is pretty ugly. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the left. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
