History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Born in the east to a Fletcher, Dee learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.
