History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the west to a Sage, Avice learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She tends to her Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.
