Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Fletcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
