History: Vanchu was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She struck the Sage job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.
