History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Anne was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Odo was born the youngest of three triplets. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized pastel coat. His beige fur is braided into rings. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: River lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. His tied-back hair is golden. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: Rael is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rael studied abroad. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anverth embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with his Painter mother left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down
