Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Scribe, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.
