History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Vapula hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: She is greedy; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

History: Oblar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
