He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her childhood dream was to be a Interpreter, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
