History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: She is a mite stocky and likes to wear grey tank tops with brown skirt. Her golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Barbena was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Barbena decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and doesn't want to be a junk dealer and was forced into it by her family

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
