History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Darrak was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Barendd enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and expand her business
