Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His brown hair is knotted and matted. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Geoffrey was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Clerebold lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bounty Hunter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her hand crossbow with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her chestnut hair is braided into rings. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady white eyes.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born in the east. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.
