Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: Thradal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
