Description: A man of a pale complexion, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His white fur, when down, is lengthy. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Flask was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. After months of barely getting by, Flask managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. She is dressed in earthy colors with a red and black handkerchief worn on her right side. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her hair is white and very short. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dee was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She found a children's book about a Halfling Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She wants to get laid; and she is greedy

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Trym hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Trym reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Ekk was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
