History: Phelaia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has achieved small success as a Dilettante.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
