History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: He wears dull black sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed longsword, just in case, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'6" when asserting himself. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Malmûg liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He wears his brass crest down. His eyes are red.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Maagog lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Maagog was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Maagog decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he wants to get laid

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gormogord was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She stands about 5'6" and is renowned for her bright black dresses and hats. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her brown hair is smooth and relatively long. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and to reunite with her old friends
