His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thea embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Thea was born on a far eastern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Engraver. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Born to a Spy, her mother struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with her Spy mother left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born into a rich family. At a young age his father died while driving off some dire rats. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in longbow use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Banker, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Banker and was forced into it by her family; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
