History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shadow grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shadow. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Korinn's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a Miner, her father struggled to pay the bills. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: He tends to wear a large brown jacket. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his quarterstaff, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and regain custody of his son

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A true patriot, Sora would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she's attracted to the pc

Description: He usually wears his grey robe and has his monstrous two handed axe always slung over his shoulder, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Gomory was born with his father's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Gomory and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
