History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Bethrynna was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Bethrynna's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Shifting's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and is pretty ugly. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the north to a Jeweler, Ahvain learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is greedy
