History: Born in the east to a Guard, Giselle learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Cartwright, but she got bored and became a Guard. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Vanuath abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.
