History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Anakis has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A freak accident while working with her Miner father left her crippled. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He worked as a nervous Soapmaker and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she feels threatened by others
