History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Skirt was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Skirt was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mayor. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.
