Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Vicky was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
