History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Oren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Dara was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Dara was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dara's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Guy is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Guy lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bowyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Merchant, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by his family
