Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cloud was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cloud decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
