Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Junk Dealer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has worked as a Junk Dealer like her father before her.
